A Fort Myers Home Team, Minutes From Your Neighborhood
Our shop sits off the Forum near I-75, which puts us minutes from most of Fort Myers. That matters when your AC circuit dies in July or half the house goes dark on a Friday night. Fast response is not a slogan for us; it is geography.
We also know Fort Myers houses because we work in them every day. The older neighborhoods along McGregor and the downtown River District have beautiful bungalows with panels and wiring that were never meant to run today's loads. The newer gated communities in Gateway and south Fort Myers bring their own list: EV chargers, lanai lighting, and generator hookups for homeowners who do not want to sweat out the next outage. Whatever era your home is from, we have upgraded one like it.
And then there is summer. Afternoon storms, lightning, and an outage-prone grid stress panels and electronics all season long. That is why so many Fort Myers homeowners call us for whole-home surge protection and standby generators before June, not after the first week without power.
